All orders are processed next business day.
Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to be packed and shipped from our warehouse.
Parcels may also take 3-7 business days for delivery from despatch date.

After we have despatched your order, you will receive an email from Australia Post (tracknoreply@auspost.com.au) that will contain tracking information and a link to the Australia Post website.

We do NOT offer next day delivery for Express Post orders. All orders are processed next business day after an order is placed, and will then be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Please note choosing Express Post only guarantees your order will be sent Express with Australia Post once your order has been despatched. If your order contains items low in stock there is still an estimated 3-7 business day wait for orders to be packed and finalised for shipping.

While we try to ship all orders as soon as possible, unfortunately sometimes there are delays as items may be low in stock. In this instance items may be soured from our retail stores and will therefore take longer to arrive at Head Office to be packed in your order.

United Apparel and Club orders are processed separately to Ghanda orders. Please see each club shipping information for delivery times and dates.

All international orders are processed next business day.

International parcels may also take 7-14 business days for delivery from despatch date.

After we have despatched your order, you will receive an email from Australia Post (tracknoreply@auspost.com.au) that will contain tracking information and a link to the Australia Post website.

Once your parcel leaves Australia, it will be delivered via New Zealand Post. We are unable to track parcel's from this point.

RETURNS

It's really important to us that you love your purchase from Ghanda. If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit, we offer credit notes or exchanges.
Credit notes expire within 6 months, and can be used on any item in store or online.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

All purchases made online can be exchanged or returned by either post or in any of our retail stores.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
1.  Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase with packing slip or proof of purchase
2.  The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached
3.  The returned items must be not be swimwear, underwear or sale and stock clearance items

ONLINE RETURNS IN STORE
All items purchased online can be exchanged or returned in any of our retail stores, subject to following conditions:
1.  Conditions of 1-3 of the Returns & Exchange Policy are met
2.  You must provide the packing slip or order invoice for the purchased items
3.  You must provide identification matching the name and shipped address on the packing slip or order invoice

ONLINE RETURNS VIA RETURN POST
- Simply fill out the reverse side of your packing slip
- You will need to pay for return postage, however we will return the items at no extra cost
- Send your parcel to:

- We recommend sending your item back using a trackable delivery service as Ghanda Clothing does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit
